Vision
Through our vision, there are at this moment, but certainly on long term, many countries on this earth that belong to "developing countries". This means that those countries do have money and means (partial limited) present, but there is a big gap between the poor and the rich! Means and money are divided in an unfair way. A substantial part of the people of these countries is a part of the deprived people. This group will need support from the government and charity, now and surely in the long term!
Mission
The management and the volunteers from the Foundation have the strong wish to offer help to a few people, and specially children and youngsters, of the previously mentioned group to concretize better living conditions.
Kasper Kuster, an uncle of the president has been working for 40 years as a missionary with this target group in Salvador da Bahia in Brazil. He knows the traditions and society and has gained the respect. Furthermore he has a large network. The church community where he works enables a piece of land of 8.000 m2 in order for us to realize this project. By combining our project with what Kaspar Kuster already has built, we can apply the most of the already present possibilities and qualities.
The president of the Foundation is well known with the situation over there because he visited the location several times. He determined that the target group of our Foundation has very few possibilities to follow education; furthermore, their welfare is seriously disturbed by the continuous violence in the favela (slums). To help a few of the habitants, we launched this project "Admiração - The Admiration". We shall use this project, which will have follow ups at other locations, to offer various types of education. The site shall be organized with playground equipment and small amusement equipment and the site will be closed with a wall, in order to create a feeling of safety. For us it is very important that the park has a lot of green and that is built of authentically materials.
We shall support completely the project after its construction for (and we assume) 3 years, in order to afterwards to consistently cut-down to nil (we think at this moment that this will be a period of 10 years). The Foundation will coordinate, facilitate and finance the project. The execution will be effectuated by the local people as well as the management of the park after the financial support from this foundation is cut down.
