The park is primary meant for the people of the Terezinha municipality that don't have much to spend and normally have no possibilities to have education, participate in cultural events or other ways of relaxation.
With the education the park will specially concentrate to teenagers. The whole family is the target group for the free-time activities. Therefore the target age for this last category is 0-80 years.
Especially youngsters have no possibilities at all to spend their time useful. Even their free time they don't have any possibilities to spend it in a way that is giving any satisfaction. This project "Admiração" is meant to "enchant" them for a day.
