The Foundation will build a park wherein the above mentioned target groups will have the possibility to develop themselves, better their living conditions and increase their chances on the working market and the society.
The Foundation wants to obtain this through (professional) education, sport activities and cultural education. Furthermore, a playground/small amusement park shall be exploited. Due to the various offers and guidance by the therefore trained volunteers, the self-confidence of the participants will strengthen, that will increase the situation of the participants and the motivation to achieve something in life will also grow.
There will be playing possibilities created for the young children and teenagers. Besides there will be attention paid to personal hygiene and health as part of mother-child care. The activities shall be tuned to the local needs and habits and will take place in a well taken care-off and natural environment.
The continuity is a very important aspect. This will be guaranteed by the Foundation "Pastoral da Criança".
The Foundation has an office at the park and will also tune the educational needs with the job market. The continuity and reliability of the project is guaranteed by the way of cooperation in the foundation.
Of course we cannot go on without benefactors and sponsors. Every gift is welcome. The Foundation has the ambition to develop a network of concerned benefactors and sponsors, who are willing to support financially, as well contribute active for the goal. The strength of this project is the presence of a direct line with the realization. Our goal is to use maximum 10% of all the means to facilitate the activities for this project.
We will inform the "generous givers" of how their money is used and spend. On a yearly basis, we will establish contact between benefactors and sponsors and the local people by organizing a meeting with Brazilian festivities.
